OUTERFRAME publishes an owner-confirmed B2B inquiry catalog. A page records the source reference that a buyer can place into an RFQ; it does not by itself prove live stock, price, authorization, product specification, compliance status or delivery capability.
01 · SOURCE IDENTITY
Every reference keeps a stable catalog ID and visible code.
Product pages preserve the catalog ID, source code, brand-organized label, apparel category and image reference supplied with the current range. The same reference is carried into the inquiry list, email, WhatsApp text and downloaded RFQ so buyer and seller can discuss the same item.
02 · VERIFIED VS UNKNOWN
Missing facts are never converted into marketing claims.
Verified values are displayed when they exist in the owner-confirmed catalog. Missing colors, sizes, materials, model references, MOQ, samples, availability and commercial terms remain “Confirm by inquiry” or “Contact for quotation.” OUTERFRAME does not manufacture facts to make a page appear more complete.
02A · CATEGORY AND IMAGE CONTROL
Specific evidence first; ambiguous records stay explicit.
Garment categories use title evidence first and a specific source category second. Records that only have a broad source label remain “Other Apparel” and require inquiry confirmation. Product photographs remain bound to the same formal catalog record; if a photo cannot load, the page shows a neutral unavailable-image notice instead of substituting another garment.
03 · INDEX QUALITY
Public access and search indexing are separate decisions.
All current references remain publicly accessible and linked through crawlable product, brand and category directories. Product pages enter the XML sitemap only when the catalog contains a distinct verified specification, model reference, commercial field or unique description. Other product pages use noindex, follow until better source data is available, while their directory links continue to support browsing and discovery.
04 · MACHINE-READABLE DISCOVERY
Catalog and crawl resources use the same canonical domain.
05 · BRAND REFERENCES
Identification is not an affiliation claim.
OUTERFRAME is an independent wholesale catalog. References to third-party brands are for product identification only and do not imply authorization, endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless expressly confirmed in writing. Buyers should request written evidence for any authorization, provenance or documentation claim that matters to their transaction.
CORRECTIONS AND UPDATES
Send the exact code with the evidence.
To correct or complete a record, contact OUTERFRAME with the product URL or reference code and the supporting specification. The catalog can then regenerate its visible page, structured data, indexing status and sitemap entry from the same verified source fields.
