Packaging and labels are product specifications, not a note added at dispatch. Give the supplier controlled files and identify which destination requirements the importer or buyer must verify.
01 · RFQ PREPARATION
List every garment-level item
Separate main label, size label, care information, hangtag, barcode, price ticket, spare items and any buyer-approved insert. Mark who owns and approves each file.
02 · RFQ PREPARATION
Define unit packing
State folding method, individual protection, sticker position, size or color identification and any buyer restrictions. Ask the supplier to confirm available materials and dimensions.
03 · RFQ PREPARATION
Build the carton plan
Give assortment rules, carton identification, maximums requested by the buyer, shipping marks and receiving instructions. Keep estimated values separate from confirmed packing data.
04 · RFQ PREPARATION
Verify destination requirements locally
The buyer or importer should confirm current consumer information, language, packaging and channel requirements for the exact destination. Send final approved wording rather than asking the supplier to invent it.
05 · RFQ PREPARATION
Approve a complete packing sample
Where appropriate, review the garment, labels, barcode scan, unit pack and carton presentation together, then record the approved file versions and any open corrections.
